Thinking about studying with us? This page brings together everything you need to consider your study options at Galway Business School: our prospectus, our fees for the current academic year, accommodation costs, and the application form.

If you are not sure which fee schedule applies to you, EU fees are payable by students who hold EU, EEA or Swiss citizenship, or who meet the Department of Further and Higher Education's residency criteria. International fees apply to all other students. If you are unsure of your status, please contact us and we will talk it through with you.

Tuition fees 2026

Our fees are set annually and cover tuition, examinations, access to Moodle and the online library, and the supports you receive throughout your studies. Where a programme involves additional costs (for example, certification fees for professional awards), these are noted in the relevant fee schedule.

As a QQI-accredited provider, GBS participates in the Learner Protection arrangements that apply to higher education in Ireland, giving you and your family the reassurance of a regulated, recognised qualification.

Accommodation

Many of our international students choose to live with one of our carefully selected host families during their first months in Galway, which is the easiest way to settle in and improve your English. 

Residential accommodation is also available for students who prefer a more independent setup. You will find more detail on our Accommodation pages.

How to apply

Most students apply online through our Booking Portal, which is the quickest way to get a decision. If you would prefer to apply on paper, you can download the application form below and return it by email alongside all supportive documentation and academic records.
