Sana Terada

Bachelor of Business (Honours) with International Business Level 8

GBS is like a big family, classmates, lecturers, staff, and even directors are always there to support you. This is something you never experience in a huge university. The small class sizes I feel are so beneficial. Lecturers can make sure that no one is falling behind, there are debates happening all the time, and you can always ask any questions at any point.

Amber Doyle

Postgraduate Diploma in Management

In my opinion, the small and interactive class structure was a beneficial setting for our part-time studies, which took place on Monday and Wednesday evenings. This allowed students to have open discussions with lecturers, to ask questions and to properly engage with one-another. I felt that the hours offered were ideal and the price of the tuition fees were very reasonable and competitive. Our lecturers were kind, patient, insightful and created enjoyable, interactive classes.

The lecturing standard was very high and the BA in business programme was very relevant to my career goals. I really enjoyed the close-knit community, and there was great support from both the other students and college staff. My advice to future students is to put the work in from the beginning to get the most from your course.

Ivan Biednik

BA in Business Management

Undertaking a Bachelor in Business and Management in Galway Business School has been one of the best decisions I made. It not only allowed me to expand on my French degree in International Trade but also offered me a strong basis of international business knowledge to undertake a Master's in International Management in NUI Galway. Small classes allow all students to interact with lecturers. It is a great way for any foreign student to develop an international business mindset and to gain crucial knowledge regarding business and management via tours, case studies and group work, as lecturers are extremely helpful, interesting and supportive. In my opinion, Galway Business School offers a tremendous opportunity to get prepared not only academically, but also professionally, on an international level.

I would highly recommend Galway Business School and I will be forever grateful to all the staff.

Joanna Doyle

Bachelor of Business Level 7

I graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Level 7 Degree) from the Galway Business School in September 2017. What really enjoyed about the Business School was meeting all my Tutors and embracing this new phase in my life. As a married mum with a family, the challenge was definitely trying to balance work life and your family responsibility and obligations and at the same time trying to do your best and get the volume of course work completed at the best of your ability. The course was structured very well, which was greatly appreciated. The standard of education is really high and this was represented with my results achieved. My degree has created a new excitement within me. I have made new friends for life. I am now on a new path to further education. I am loving my life now, my confidence has grown. Thanks to the Galway Business School Team and the amazing lecturing staff.
