    1. What this privacy policy covers. This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us, Galway Business School.

    1. Who we are. We are an independent provider of higher education programmes located in Galway, Salthill, Ireland. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998, we are the data controller (i.e. the person who is responsible for, and controls the processing of, your personal information).

If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Website Terms of Use; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Galway Business School, our customers, or others.   7. WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

    2. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.     2. The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
    3. If you are under the age of 18 years and don’t understand this Privacy Policy please ask a parent or guardian to explain it to you.  Note that our site should not be used by persons under the age of 16 years.
